ORGANIC BIG MAC

I am proud to introduce the organic Big Mac. I haven’t eaten at McDonald’s for almost seven years. Actually, we quit eating at fast-food joints all together. It should concern people if a cheeseburger sits on the counter for six months and doesn’t have any mold. If you have no idea what I’m talking about look up some videos on YouTube. 

When I ate at McDonald’s my favorite burger was the Big Mac. I made them homemade with all organic ingredients. These are so tasty! They are requested every time when we have company. 

For best flavor I highly recommend making the sauce 24 hours in advance but it’ll still be good if you decide not to. These are the ingredients you’ll need. 

 
Organic buns with sesame seeds
1 lb organic beef
4 slices organic cheese
1/2 cup organic ice burger lettuce
1/2 cup diced organic onions
Salt & Pepper to taste
 
 
Sauce:
1/2 cup organic mayo
2 Tbsp organic relish
1 tsp organic garlic powder
1 tsp organic onion powder
1 tsp organic paprika
 
Directions:
 
Mix sauce ingredients and refrigerate for 24 hours. Make four beef patties, season with salt and pepper. Put sauce, diced onions, and lettuce on bottom bun. Add beef patty with cheese, sauce, pickles, lettuce, onions and top bun. Serve while hot.
